About

About

Juanita (pronounced ju + anita) Hong is a Korean-American photographer originally from São Paulo, Brazil and now based out of Los Angeles. Her career began in television production and casting for a reality show back in New York City, where she discovered a passion for documenting the unseen moments that shape a project — the collaboration, focus, and emotion happening just outside the frame. With over 15 years of experience, she brings a deep understanding of production environments and on-set dynamics. Her background as an educator further informs her collaborative approach, allowing her to communicate clearly and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. She is currently available for unit stills, EPK photography, and behind-the-scenes documentation, and interested in projects that value storytelling, craft, and thoughtful visual representation.
